Woke up soooo early

Thursday, some personal issue, I woke up at 6am!!
After instant noodle, surf the net in gym.
Too sleepy, I can't make my spirit to get into any kind of sport.

After an hour, fighting with the sleepiness,
finally, go and change and back to that step machine!

Step for 50 min (Honestly, only 10 min left for an hour walk,
it proved that how unwilling to step on it today)
Then, have some back and some leg training.

It is too tired, weight for 1 min and rest for 2 min isn't a good practice on training,
so I left really quick without any abs workout (abs should be everyday)

weight : 185......
