More Serious

From tomorrow, I will start posting more detail on what I had done in exercise item.

So you should know what I have done. :)

We will be more serious from tomorrow, so prepare yourself.

Terrible Friday

Tonight, we have a "crab" gathering, in order to get more time to work (since I work really hard), I decided not to have my 1-hour step machine exercise. Frankly speaking, lazy is the case!

I really concern my shoulder as I work it out twice a week! Today is the target!

Workout for an hour, included abs.


Breakfast and lunch as usual, gathering have to eat a lot, tons of snacks addition with ice-cream.

So, predictable, no good result today, so don't stand on the scale...

Woke up soooo early

Thursday, some personal issue, I woke up at 6am!!
After instant noodle, surf the net in gym.
Too sleepy, I can't make my spirit to get into any kind of sport.

After an hour, fighting with the sleepiness,
finally, go and change and back to that step machine!

Step for 50 min (Honestly, only 10 min left for an hour walk,
it proved that how unwilling to step on it today)
Then, have some back and some leg training.

It is too tired, weight for 1 min and rest for 2 min isn't a good practice on training,
so I left really quick without any abs workout (abs should be everyday)

weight : 185......

Rest

Wednesday, I suppose to take a rest (without gym),
however, I afraid of the hard workout on Thursday,
I had an hour on step machine just for watching the election of Presidential Election.
Honestly, it is not that excited as the outcome is too obvious at that time.
(The TV integrated step machine is a MUST for people who don't really like exercise)

What I ate? Well, always instant noodle as breakfast, then I had a good day in Starbucks for a Grande Hot Chocolate with full milk and cream, a donuts as well for increasing my weight.

At night, some Chinese WonTon and a chicken rice.

We can tell, an hour on step machine is aimed on EATING A LOT.

Weight : 187lbs...
[P.S. Don't just look at the weight increment, think of the opposite way as eat less and keep the exercise, and you will notices the loss weight different.]

I am too full today

Today I ate really too much....

I had a rule for myself, eat less each meal but many meal.
I eat 5 meal a day and at least a bowl of rice.
Well, dont expect me to eat less as I am a 6 feet + tall man
A bowl of rice already not too much for me!! Ha!

Today, I had 4 meal, breakfast is instant noodle (with chicken),
then I had another 3 meal (rice and chicken)

Today, I stepped on the stepper for an hour, speed 8 incline 5
then I had my shoulder and abs for an hour.

TODAY.... 184 lbs T_T

Why Started?

I was a fat boy, and wish to get better outlook, so I started to have my weight training on 08/03/16, I was from 203 and now around 185, I used to be 179 (the lowest), however, it seem not really good looking, so I try to have more each meal to get a bit heavier.

I will start posting all my gym / meal everyday, and for sure sometimes with my weight mention, so everyone will notice if it is work or not.
